We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:
You may return used golf clubs within 30 days of receiving your order. Return packages must be postmarked within this period.
To qualify for a refund, the club must be returned in the same condition as sold:
No additional wear, dents, scratches, rust, or shaft/grip changes
All original components must be included (grip, shaft, headcover if applicable)
Clubs must be clean and free of excessive ball marks or dirt
Clubs returned in worse condition may incur up to a 20% restocking fee, or may be denied refund depending on damage.
🚚 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or condition was misrepresented.
We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method for high-value items.
💸 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Allow up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”
Custom-altered clubs (shaft/grip swapped after purchase)
Returns submitted after 30 days
